Every body has a unique history and mode of expression. By formatting our classes to the individual, we help you to find your sense of balance and strength in movement. We work with students of all ages and fitness levels including competitive athletes and dancers, those with injuries and limitations, as well as those pursuing general fitness goals

Contemporary Mat – a modern approach to Pilates featuring mat-based exercises to improve core and postural support, movement awareness, and flexibility. Learn dimensions of movement and strength, breath, and postural techniques to support healthy movement habits
Pilates Reformer and Equipment – Pilates taught on specialized apparatus that provides support to enhance understanding and control of movement, and resistance to increase strength and endurance.

Pre and Post-Natal Pilates – Pilates modified to emphasize support and strength during and after pregnancy. Learn 3-dimensional breath and core support, relieve back and leg tension, stay fit and strong with your baby
